Is that $450 u.s. dollars and how does it roll? I have seen a lot of cues from overseas that the wood hasn't dried properly and when it does the cue warps. Not trying to offend you just asking. And its a great looking cue glws

The cue rolls straight as an arrow.
 
My understanding is that Pampanga is an area of the Philipines, and not a specific company. And there are alot of cuemakers in the Pampanga area. So the question is, who exactly is the specific cuemaker?
