well it is a plain jane with 4 point, im not sure what kind of wood it is, pin is 3/8 x 11 im not sure what they call this tip but it is strickly for j/b and its not a leather.

From the pictures, that is definitely not a 3/8-11 screw joint, nor is the the cue considered a plain jane cue. Good luck with that.

Looks like a 3/8-10 and it is just a plain old JB cue with no Ringwork or frills. $350 for that cue may be a little to steep in todays market. Just giving you a heads up.
