Fargo Rating changes from US Open 1st-round matches

Here are updated Fargo Ratings after US Open first-round matches.

A player has an expectation in every match depending on the rating difference between the players. Winning or losing the match doesn't matter. If a player exceeds the expectation, rating will go up. Fall short and the rating goes down.

Players with fewer historical games in the system--less established ratings--will see larger changes.

Recent W9B qualifier Felicida had biggest jump about 45 points after beating Stevie Moore. Felicida was at 710ish while Moore was at 740ish before match
Seems like excessive jump by Felicida for beating someone who is just about 30 points above him

We consider 200 games a minimum to have an "established" rating. In doing this list, though, I went down to just 100 games. Felicida had 101, about 40 of which were from World 8-ball in 2011, then one match in PHI and the rest from Qatar. So even a single match here is a notable fraction of the information we have for him.
