The game Fargo and the Fargo ratings are two different things.. Fargo ratings are calculated from 8-ball, 9-ball and 10-ball matches, so you must have played in some matches somewhere were used in the calcluations.

No idea, but I'd like to know how the ratings relate to the ABC scale as well. From what I've seen, pro players are all 700+, with the top pros in the high 700's and a handful in the 800's.
Hopefully someone in the know can shed some light on this.
In one of the videos on their website, they show a graph that compares first visit run out percentage in 8-ball, with the Fargo rating. How do they work? I don't mean how can I rate myself by playing Fargo. I mean if I have never played the game, how can I have a Fargo rating based off tournament finishes? And based on finishes in different disciplines, at that.
There is no uniform meaning of "ABC." We understand that in the early going people will need to associate Fargo Ratings with a variety of descriptors they are accustomed to. But it is our expectation descriptors like ABC, Master, etc
will all go away as people get accustomed to the ratings.
Maybe the attached will help. Some players from Japan. The second number is the robustness--number of games. If robustness is small, rating is not so firm and more volatile
Ahhh. I see. Do you know if these ratings relate to an A, B, C, type scale? I did some searching but couldn't find anything along those lines. Thanks, Vic!

So is that to say 200 games on file gives a pretty accurate picture of someone's Fargo rating, Mike?
I like the system. The only thing is, I know several short stop speed players who, somehow, have managed to avoid this list. They get around but a list search yields nothing.
I also know a couple of people who have multiple ratings on the list because I searched different names I know they use and they all have a different Fargo rating...most with only around 50 or so games on file for each alias.
Should have asked if I can get my Fargo Rating?
