Luc Salvas I would say.

I really don't like his style of play though. He gets careless a lot when I watch him play in local tournaments.

The guy is really good of course but whenever I play with my buddies and we accidently bump another ball and still get perfect position we say "Nice Shot Salvas...nice shot"

I wish I had his talent though.
 
The fastest player who I have ever seen: Red Terry from Roanoke, VA. They didn't call him the Williamson Trotter for nothing. He literally ran around the pool table - it was comical - and if he got on he could crush you, for $5 a game. Anything more than that and he choked big time.
