Favorite Production Cue Ever

In January of 1990 I bought a mid-range Schon cue. No idea what model it was, but it was dark brown and black with points and a nice window feature in the butt. Nothing too plain nor too fancy, but I loved that cue. I even had Schon make a 14mm shaft made for it (in addition to the regular shaft it came with). I traded it and some $$$ for a Scruggs (which I still have), but I wish I had kept it.

My favorite production cue when I was a kid before I knew what was really out there was a 1993 D series JP6, even though I hated the look of implex joints, SS were way cooler looking, that my best friend had and still does. I dreamed about getting a PRO H at the same time that was on display but could not afford it and ended up buying a used 95-97 Pro Series P3. Probably why my favorite production cue now is the Dec-2 anniversary cue. I also really wanted a Schon, but I don't remember a specific model from the series available at that time that stood out. I knew there was no way I was going to spend that much on a cue so I probably didn't want to dream about a impossibility.

After searching for years, I finally got a Palmer Model M, my favorite cue of all time. I would also love to find a Model 20 some day.

My 1980's Meucci Original was my favorite cue until I picked up a 2005 Schon CX61. While they have completely different hits, I still love them both.
