Favorite Refinisher

Question for the forums. Who do you y'all recommend for cue refinishing? It's a Bludworth Riffleman. Not a super big cue but I want a nice job with someone who is reliable and trust worthy. It will also need some repair work on the shaft rings to make the joint collars line up flush, etc.
