What is your favorite table for playing 3-c on (Billiards Chevilotte, Soren Sogard, Verhoeven, Gabriels , etc.) and what do you like about it as compared to the others?

I sell almost all of these on my website. Don't forget Billard Breton, Eureka Billjarts, and the new "Euro" Olhausen.

All of these tables are top of the line.

Some run shorter than others but frankly, installation is the key.

Choose a Gabriels, just like all the other top players.

Hi there,

as manufacturer of the Gabriels carom tables, I just want to emphasize that our Imperator table, is the favorite table among many many top ranked players.

Just the fact that when players notice that they can play an event on a Gabriels table, they are delighted. Their opinion on our products is very important to us, and it shows that we really make an absolute World class table.

We do our outmost to provide the tournament quality to all players around the world. We put all our effort and pride in the production of an individual piece of craftsmanship.

Just ask the opinion of players worldwide, and i am sure that they will be enthousiastic about our tables.

more info: take a look at www.gabrielsbilliards.com of at our facebook page http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Middelburg-Netherlands/Gabriels-Billiards/381162877274

maldito,

Good topic. I hope you get lots of replies from around the world.

For me, my favorite is Verhoeven. I play on one several times a week. I was in San Diego last week and got to play on the Verhoevens there and they all played great.

A close second would be Gabriels. Chevillotte is definitely behind these two IMO.

I'm hoping we get to hear what others think of some brands that we don't have here in California, specifically, Breton, Platin, and Elitte. Whenever I watch video from Schiltigheim it seems that the tables play short and don't keep the english. The Turkish Platins always look very good on video. In San Diego I asked one of the players from Mexico City (not Roberto Rojas:)) what the favorite tables were there and he said Verhoeven. When I asked about Elitte, he replied (very diplomatically) that they were all right for the commercial market.

I bought an Elitte Pro Spider at the BCA trade show about four years ago when Roberto was demonstrating on it.It has heated two inch slates and rails and Gorino Granito M cloth.I really like the twelve point leveling system as it allows me to fine tune the level about once a year.No fancy wood or wood laminates, just a solid steel table at a reasonable price.I'm by far no expert but have played on Brunswick,National and Gabriels and I think it would be hard to notice much difference unless you were a top rate player.I think the biggest noticable difference would be in the cloth,Simonis or Gorino, and whether it is new or worn and the condition of the rail rubber.
