Well I just put on a VS and hit a few hundred balls with it. So far it's fealing a little too mushy for me.

The jury is still out.

I'll hit a another 500 balls with it before I decide if I want to keep it or not.

The PRO tip sounds very interesting....

My .02 cents

I have only shot with a soft so far (borrowed cue) but my shafts are on their way back to me with H's on them...I will cast my vote and post with a review once I get to shoot with them a little...They should be here Thursday...

Your thoughts on the new PRO...

I have used medium, soft, and very soft. I am putting on a pro tip on Wednesday and I am looking forward to how it plays. :)

Brian,

Be sure to post your thoughts on the new "PRO" tip once you've given thorough testing. I personally like the Ultraskin Medium, then followed by the regular Soft. However, I've not tried the very soft (don't think I'd like it), but I'm interested in more opinions on the"PRO".

Okay so after getting a couple days of playing on my UltraSkin Hards I really like them...I normally shoot with a Moori Quick (hard) but I'm sold on the UltraSkins...I'm even thinking about trying the HH on my break cue...

Thanks for making a great product at an affordable price!!!

Anyone of you used to use a Samsara break tip and changed to an Ultraskin HH? How does it line up? I have a HH with me and currently on Madman break tip. Not sure whether to change it or not.

Press it one layer shorter (yes it will press that much) get back to me and tell me what ya think after.

PRO is very good

I've been playing with Tom's tips for the last several months now and would have said that the S is my favorite. That is, until I tried the PRO tip, this thing is absolutely perfect for my tastes, I like a soft tip that spins whitey easily and provides a lot of dwell time. This tip does this in spades and all without feeling mushy, it honestly reminds of the old Moori's. I have actually found that the pro seems to mushroom less than the VS, and really holds chalk better than just about any tip I've ever used. I don't think you can go wrong with any of Tom's tips for the money, but I have to say the PRO has changed the way I look at tips here lately. I'm not a prolific poster, so if I take the time to write about something, it has left it's mark.
