I have followed his business way before he got popped the answeres to doing business legally is NOT doing what he did-I have seen alot of guys get popped and alot of guys who are fine-you have to pay attention. He has 4 kids is a devout Morman, dosent cuss, drink, smoke etc. you would never know that he is a criminal. I do believe that the $100,000,000 judgment they got against him in the civil case was more than enough, now he is looking at 15-175 years Fed time for fraud. I read the whole enditment, case complaint etc against him a year ago, its old news. It shouldnt have went criminal but since Enron white collar crime has alot of heat on it.
When I told him what he was doing wrong(because I got popped before he opened up) he didnt believe me(and I had facts/law to show him to help him), after he got popped I wasnt suprised, a few years later he came to my house and said "man you were right" it was a awakward moment for me. Since his case went criminal I dont take his calls, he calls or TXT's me often, I feel for him but what can I do?
KT, I know him too-not because of pool and I really dont know near as much about him like I do Kyle, because he is in a different biz, just what I read here is all I know of the bad stuff I dont believe the news stories 100% as they twist things(but i do take them lightly), I know from personal attacks by the media, when I read the Govt stuff from the FTC etc I take that more seriously. In person talking biz and other stuff he is cool, I like him. I dont know much about the pool thing and I wont get involved in discussing it, I hope it all works out.
