Fellini Cue cases

I was reviewing an old blog, circa 2010, concerning Fellini cue cases. The person was asking what the initials AG, below the Fellini signature, meant. The person was told it meant the case was done by Ann Gore. I have a 1975 Fellini case. I have never noticed any initials below the Fellini name before. I inspected the case and noticed the initials on my case were AK. Can anyone help me with who would have done my case? I originally thought it was Ann Gore, as Richard Black had informed me.
