in the early 80's two women came thru east texas and beat some pretty good shortstops on the bar table. one of these ladies was a champion shuffleboard player too. there have been a lot of posts about unknown road players and i was just wondering if there is still any unknown females making the rounds.

Rachel Abbink. She can play and I saw her in Carolinasopen playing real good pool. Not for a girl for a pooll player too.

Rachael Abbink would qualify as a known road warrior. Last year, prior to becoming a WPBA touring pro, Ga Young Kim also qualified as a known road warrior.

As for the unknown road warriors, they are all to be commended for how well they have maintained their anonymity, for if nobody on this forum can name them, they are truly unknown.

Rachael would've been too young to playing the 80s. She's just a pup! But yeah, I saw her at the Open and she's making out pretty well on the road!!
