Ferrule/Tip Combo Help

Hello Fellow AZ'ers,
I have been asked to make a few 1 Piece Cues for an Elementary School. They apparently have a Recreational Room with a Pool Table. The problem is that the 4th & 5th graders keep popping the tips off of their old cues. The School is in another state so I can't just drop by and pick up needed repairs. My question is this, is there any material that can be used as a Ferrule/Tip combo, other than a slip on tip, that will shoot close to a regular tip but hold up like a Phenolic combo?
Thank you in advance for any help.

Respectfully,
Shawn

Juma ferrules will hold up well to the abuse, and anything like an elk master or lepro or triangle would be fine for a long time. Use a good cyano gel to glue the tip on, and some good epoxy for the ferrules. Should hold up just fine.

I have tried every super glue there is for bar cues, none of them hold up more than 4 months. Even the original installed tips on new cues, only last maybe 3 months at best.
I found that toughened epoxy is the only way to go.
