i swear i finally found the secret to playing good pool !!

JUST DONT GIVE A SHIT !!

i was not going to play league tonight but my gf called me and said only her and the captain showed up. 2 players were still in tunica, 1 was called into work and who the hell knows where the other one was, he is undependable as hell and i have told the captain more than once to get rid of him.

i had just got back from tunica and was pissed so i was not going to play tonight but i just cant tell her no when she says pretty please.

so i went to play and did not give a shit whether i won or lost because i am thinking about quitting apa.

i am a 5 in 8 ball and faced another 5. i won 4-1, no big deal, done it before.

9 ball i face a 7 who i have never beat in i dont know how many tries.i won 31-32. btw i am a 4 in 9 ball.

my captain uses me in a replay for a 2nd 9 ball match. i face a 5. i win 31 20.

i win both matches by a score of 32-8. with just the 3 of us there we have to forfiet the 5th match , giving them 15 points for that forfiet. we still won 9 ball 63-37.

my captain played 8 ball twice and we won 3-2 after the forfiet.

until tonight my 9 ball game sucked this session with 4 wins and 6 losses.

if i dont quit apa and continue playing, I AM JUST NOT GOING TO GIVE A SHIT !
 
What is a replay? Posting the same player twice in a match is against APA rules. Does your league allow it locally?
 
I just think that whether I win or lose, my life is going to be the same sh1t so I just don't care anymore :P

This will only happen on a local level never at the nationals.

This is a local bylaws situation that is voted on in your specific location.

It happens alot in areas where people need to travel long distances
but its all about your LOCAL bylaws.

I haven't given a shit for years.
Furthermore, I haven't taken a shit in over a week. I'm becoming a bit concerned. :smile:
 
i'll try that system in a couple of hours....got an 8 ball match....played lousy last week...then practiced a couple of days and found the problem and am back to shooting like i should...however, today i am in a pissy mood and could give a s**** whether i play or not.....but i gotta get out of the house...so i will try your new system. hope it works, i hate to lose! :rolleyes:
 
Over-caring can definitely mess up your game. But not caring will only go so far. Glad it worked out for you ...this week.
