Well I ordered them last November and I got them in a little over a month ago but I was laid up due to a accident and could not even shoot with them for 3 weeks after getting them. Sorry for the bad pictures all I have is the camera on the iPhone.

Andy Gilbert Cues

Glad to see you got a couple of new Gilbert's instead of more furniture.
I like the ebony on ebony design, especially with those inlays.

Sorry to hear about your accident but congrats on the new cues.

That really is a beautiful set of cues. Andy is a perfectionist and a really nice guy too. I know you'll enjoy these cues for years to come. That is, if you can stop getting into accidents! :D

Thanks for sharing them with us.

Beautiful veneers. They are difficult to photograph but I'll bet they glow in the right light. I saw the signature. Congratulations

Great set of cues. I love those veneers against the ebony. Very rich!
Damned fine pics from a phone cam, too.

Beautiful match set. How much do those bad boys weigh? He really does nice clean work.

Thanks everyone for the props on the cues. I love the way they came out best of all it was my design.

As far as the weight I am not sure the exact weight we was shooting for 18.5 ish for the jump break and 19 to 19.25 on the playing cue. IMO there right there in the ball park and they are balanced VERY well.

James, glad you got them and are pleased. I was able to see these in person when they were completed and they are outstanding. Very subtle with the colors...they certainly make an elegant player's set. Hope all is well and you enjoy them. I'm really missing being in the Chatt. area....take it easy.

Thanks Sean. I am really happy with the outcome. Everyone that has seen them likes them. I didn't know you moved. Where are you living now?

Thanks for the props on them. They play just as good as they look.
