Finally played the 9-ball ghost

I've been playing a lot lately between 5 league play nights a week and practice at home. I've only missed one day of play/practice since Thanksgiving. Decided to try out my ghost killing skills. Play was done at home on my 1931 Brunswick 9ft w/double shimmed pockets (4").

I didn't rack and break but threw all nine balls on the table and played them where they stopped. This does away with making any on the break. I ran the first 5 racks, hung on the 6 next rack, the 7 the next, ran out, missed the 5, and ran out the last.
7 runouts = 70
15 balls made on other 3 games
Score = 85

Sorry, no video

If you threw them out you likely unintentionally or even intentionally eliminated clusters that come up on the break.... I would think you need to break em to get a real percentage based off the randomish spread off the break....

I'll take a 5 pack even if there are no clusters on 4" pockets on a 9' table. Good shooting sir. Johnnyt

There were clusters a few times but with only 9 balls on a 9ft table it doesn't happan too often. A 29mph break doesn't hurt either :smile:
I'll do it again this weekend from the break.

Thanks johnny

Lots of real estate for sure =) 29mph won't hurt either LOL... I've hit 31 once and I thought I was going to throw a shoe... These days I'd be lucky to hit 25... Man I have to get my table up:mad:
