DO THE RIGHT THING...send the cue to tman for a full blown inspection....If he's satisfied he sends you funds, and if he's not satisfied he ships the cue back at his cost....

You want to keep your promise to the AZB community....Extend a liitle trust to tman( he extended his)...it will go a long way...
 
Yup I don't.

If I am not doing the right thing, then please enlighten me. I believe I have given enough "trust" to tman and jemerson and that I have already kept my promise.
 
No offense torquiet, but another person from Singapore all of a sudden offering to do escrow just makes this look really suspicious! Just send the cue to tman or if you really think YOU need escrow, send it to jemerson and be done with it. Anything else is just wasting time, creating more drama, and making your country look worse. If tman gets the cue and is happy with it, then props to you Shaun for making it happen! However, if tman never sees the cue at this point, I think you should be banned.

I concur with everything except the part, "I think you should be banned".

And why should I be banned? I have uphold my promise till this point of time.

Since you think I should have to pay for the escrow after all the hassle Ive had to deal with & I would only use Jemerson23 here in the USA to handle this 2nd transaction do what you will with the cue. I'm done with all this nonsense! "Best Of Luck"

I think you guys need a little perspective.
Shaun has aquired this cue and is offering to get it to whomever we deem the right hands to be.
He was not the original seller and has become involved in this as a matter of conscience.

Thats fine Mr. Wilson, Im not trying to stir the pot I just don't feel comfortable having to pay for escrow to protect myself a 2nd time to receive something that I should have received the 1st time. So i'm done, you will hear nothing more from me on this matter.

Perhaps this could be moved to the Main Forum? Might generate more responses and not push the sales forum down each time?
 
Tman has already been compensated by Paypal for the original deal with the original seller and isn't interested unless Shaun is forced to pay additionally and Mr. Olney already said no.

At this time, it looks like Shaun is free to keep it.

That said, I do not want to ever see this cue for sale here again.

Unless he speaks up, it isn't like I'm going to force him to take it.

If he doesn't take it, then the case is closed.
