The great Eddie Taylor used to bet on that shot all the time. He made it 4 out of 5 times, every time. Never saw a better bank pool player....except Danny Harriman. Kudos, Danny.

You are correct in saying that they are impressive but I believe it's been shown through slow motion that the cue ball is fouled by contacting the ferrule causing the forward movement of the cue ball. when jumping at this distance.
