Five Star Billiards

Has anyone delt with Five Star Billiards? I placed an order with them whitch imho should have arrived already and Im having trouble trying to contact 5 star billiards to check on my order. on the web site Ive looked everywhere, no phone# or even an address, :confused: and when I tried customer service I recieved a ticket and a tracking number, when I checked this all I get is the message I sent to 5 Star Billiards...lol.


Im not saying this is a bad place to deal with, not yet, and Im hoping someone might be able to help with with at least a Phone # where I can contact these people so I can at least check to see when I'll get my order.

any help is appritiated.

i had a similar experience, i placed an order and heard nothing from them for a week. repeated inquiries went unanswered. eventually after 2 weeks, they got back to me and I canceled the order.

Oh man, that doesnt sound good. I know I had a bad feeling when there wasnt a phone number or even an address, whitch I didnt even notice until I had already placed the order. Customer Service should be a priority, and its like non exsistant, If I ever get ahold of someone Im surely going to mention it.

Yep, I just tried to call, it said your call did not go through...

on the site it says 5 star billiards is a member of the BCA and a sponcer of the Viking tour , but they cant pay thier phone bill?

maybe Im just getting paranoid, my order may arrive tomorrow, who know's but as of right now Im a lil worried...

I feel your pain and every time I buy something from Ebay I get worried. I recently bought a book and received a notice they shiped it on the 17th. No Book!!! Then screwing off here I found that the author has his own website and I could have just bought directly. As far as Websites/Mailorders go I ALWAYS call in my order. If they dont have a person or activated phone line how can you trust them to have a wherehouse with a shipping crew. Good luck. Ill cross my fingers for you and hope your orders on the way!!!

That's a good thing! After my experience with BudgetCues.com I will only ever give money to someone who answers the friggin' phone!

I just made an order from muellers a couple of weeks ago and one of the packages that had feather strips in it was bent in half and busted by ups or whoever it was they used. I called them up, they picked up first ring and I had a new package of feather strips two days later, no questions asked, no hassle. If they have it, I'll definitely buy it from them in the future.

UPS is our default shipping method but we will ship it however you want, where ever you want.

Yes, same bad experience here. I tried to order a Kamui tip from them two months ago. Nothing arrived for three weeks. I emailed them repeatedly, got no response, and I finally canceled my order. A bit later I received a response from them telling me that the tip is backordered. :eek: Of course by then I had already received a Kamui tip directly from Taiwan from another source.

To sum it up - Five Star Billiards has horrible customer service. Will not order from them again.

P.S. The Kamui (medium) tip plays great.

I order all my tips from Meuller, never a problem, as well as pockets, pool cues, shaft maitenence, chalk, Meuller didnt have the cue ball I wanted in stock, #11-139 so I did a google search and 5 star billiards advertised in stock so I ordered it there, whitch I might add I did get hold of today..

Next time give us a call and we will be able to get what you need. Just because it is not in our catalog or online, doesn't mean we don't have it.
 
I still havent recieved my order, or a tracking# like that guy John I spoke to said, I placed this order 05-18 today is 06-05 What should I do?

Personally, after all this, I would call and ask for the tracking number and while he is on the phone look it up. If he won't give it to you, cancel the order. If he won't cancel the order, call your CC company and dispute the charge. Then order from Meuller's or Seybert's. I have nothing but good to say about my purchases from them.
