Was wondering, between West Palm Beach and Miami, where is an area that has little or zero crime, that's affordable, and within 10 miles of the ocean?

Anywhere you go there is always going to be crime. If you are looking for something near the beach there are a lot of places but they arent going to be cheap. There are some places but they arent in the nicest parts of down. I live in boca, down the street from the beach, its in a pretty nice area. Its near FAU so there is generally a lot of places cheap due to the large number of college students. There arent any good poolhalls in boca but there are some just south in broward and north in the boyton/lantana region. Anything near the beach is going to be a little pricey but you can find some places a little farther away.
