Flowers Style Case Update

whats the wait time on these usually?

Normally just a few weeks after you order. But this time I had so many orders in a short period of time - for a new product - that it took us longer to get them done.

At first I wanted them all to be done at the Jiasen Cue Case factory but they were already booked with Christmas orders so I had to take over the orders and do them all in our workshop.

As it stands we have done around 35 cases in 3 months. I am very very proud of my staff - we have had to put some of the JB Case orders on hold and that sucks but in the end we are much better case makers now and have invented several methods to insure that the tooling is done almost perfectly every time. In addition in this time we invented new way to make the tube interior, invented the UltraPad fabric interior, figured out better ways to construct the case overall and frankly reinvented the Jay Flowers style of case from the ground up. Jay would of been proud I think.

So even though the cases took a lot longer than planned we are confident that going forward each case we build will be better than the last one.

From now on I predict that J.Flowers cases should be on anyone's doorstep within four weeks of having their order confirmed.

Moving forward I want to tackle some of Jay's other designs and experiment a lot more with mixing dyes for effect. I know that all this goes well beyond the original question but I am kind of rambling here. Jay did a lot more than these two tooling designs and I want to recreate some of that other stuff as well. Especially how he used to do the names with a ring of seashells around the name.

Anyway, that's where we are right now. Thanks everyone for the orders and thanks for the patience.

Merry Christmas to everyone!

I have been obsessing over my case for the past few months as well...

Sorry JB if it seemed like I was constantly nagging you about the status of these cases. I know you guys were super busy but, hey, I'm a selfish man hehe. Happy Holidays~

Well, they are all out except two. 2008-KRB and 2008-035 are the last ones left. 2008-KRB will go out tomorrow.

Everyone's whose cases are on the way should be receiving tracking numbers in a day. If you don't please contact me.

Again, thank you everyone and have a wonderful Christmas.

P.S. We are behind on posting pictures. I ceased the posting of pictures this week in order to put everyone on making the cases. All the pictures will be up by Tuesday.

Got mine in today (#23), it's a beauty & I'm very happy with it! It's a light/medium brown color with the same tooling as my black one (#4), & has a black tube interior. No pictures yet. :embarrassed2:

Thanks again John, you really took great care of me & I will not forget it!

Merry Christmas to you & yours!

Wow from what I have seen so far the cases shown are very good looking cases that look to have exceptional quality that far exceed the amount paid for them. I still can't wait to see several of them finished when you get them ...Especially yours Coco ... Mine will be the last one to come out of that thread ... John promised to reward my patience and I look forward to his work... When I get it I will certainly post a review and show it off .. It will be very special and the case of my dreams I am sure ... All in good time and I'm sure my wait is really going to be worth it from what I have seen so far ... I'm glad to see so many of you so happy ... It seems like alot of people missed out on a very good deal ... I'm sure John's business will bloom from this and his company will prosper ...

Thank you
John ...

I have ben impressed with the work John Team is doing, as without the time effort of his staff, we would all still be waiting.

Wish John would post a TEAM PICTURE, and maybe tell us about his team.

Ralf:grin:

Anyone thinking of pulling the trigger on one of these, DO IT. I ordered 2 customized to the specs I wanted, John went above the call of duty on 1 for sure.

I have 4 guys that have seen my case and I know that all 4 of them are drooling and probly waiting till after christmas, or a few tournaments to order one, 1 has gave me permission to just do it, and it's going to be very high end.

I've had offers on mine already, I'm going to sell mine and order another, This time It's going to be over the top. These are not too expensive, and they are a custom case, you can have your name, or logo, or nickname, or in my case FISHER CUES written on it with beautiful writing.

In a world (pool) were most want something cheap, or THE NUTS, you can't do any better than these.

In case you didn't catch it, I'm sold on Johns cases.
