Well it is not the 17th yet, so let's not get pessimistic here. If things go according to plan, all orders thru #31 should be completed by tomorrow.
I think the fact that JB hasn't posted here often is testament to the fact that he is pretty darn busy.

Search for leather conditioner on Google and you will come up with with many excellent products for caring for tooled leather.
What I do is to work it into the leather a little at a time with a terry cloth towel. Then I buff the surface with the towel. Don't overdo it on the conditioner - you don't want to saturate the case and have goo blocking the pores. and you also don't want to apply too much to one area or it will darken it.
