Anyone have a phone number? Website is down and no other contact info on their Facebook page. Thanks.
 
I put in an order on the 22nd of May and didn't hear anything for two weeks so I sent an email to this address on the 6th of this month but haven't heard anything back from them at all. Hope everything is ok. hosterat@just26.justhost.com
This is the email I got my order confirmation from.
 
I wish focus would. On May 19 I ordered from them sent e-mail to ask if they would check on my order no reply. :rolleyes:
 
I do know that my CC was charged the same day as the order was put in. Wondering now if I should cancel the payment. If anybody finds out anything please let me/us know. Thanks
 
This company was for real? Thermal wear for pool players?
Had to be a 1 person operation?
I know I'd be filing a chargeback pronto.
 
I ordered a shirt from them two weeks ago and didn't receive it. However, when I e-mailed the contact listed on the website (regarding why I hadn't received my shirts yet), they promptly mailed me the shirt plus another shirt for free. They are real.

yes.
give it 1 more try via phone AND email & leave a message that you are going to CHARGE BACK w/in 24HRS.
then charge it back.
new limits on claims are 90 days. you're already @ almost 30.
nothing makes them JUMP FASTER, than when you throw AmX/MC/VS on the table.

If a merchant has too many chargebacks, the credit card companies will cancel their merchant account, i.e. can no longer accept credit cards, i.e. business death.
 
Update

I just want to let everyone know Focused Apparel has been great. We did not get a response for a short time and we were concerned about recieving our shipment on time but it was speedy and on time. His products are very nice and customer service is great. I would recommend them.
