shaft 12.84mm
cue has a couple minor finish bruises just from regular play
I dont have a scale but its a lite cue around 18, 18.5
in the interest of full disclosure in my opinion the shaft threads onto the butt slightly loose but when together it plays and feels great it might just be thats its a radial im not real familiar with that pin (dont get me wrong its fine I just dont want any misunderstandings)

Really nice looking cue but I'm not seeing an asking price. Also, I believe the radial pin is not that difficult of a fix for a cue repairman (or Diviney) should it be an issue for the buyer or seller.
 
Its more than likely a 3/8 11. I sent one back to Pat recently with the same problem & it was a new cue. He since has went to the Radial pin.
