Need some cash, so selling this last cue in my collection. I been holding onto this cue a long time because I love the way it looks and it hits very solid. It has a clear solid hit with both shafts.

So here are the specs
- Ebony forearm - no ding on the forearms...looks perfect..sliiighhhhhhhhhttt feel of the veneers under the finish..but nothing too extreme..and when it heads back to nice weather in the US (bringing it back from Hong Kong), it might even go back to flat
- 10 very sharp points (typical bender quality) - 5 hi bacote/5 lo tulipwood - looks like flames (really rare to see this combo, but it looks gooooood~~)
- Standard Bender rings at abcde
- Shafts are obviously played, but will clean them up (should clean up nicely) before shipping
- 1 ivory shaft, 1 Linen based ferrule - both med mooris (old mooris, now the new ones)
- Ivory shaft- rolls close to perfect, would not consider it to have any rolls/warpage whatsoever
- Linen-based ferruelminimal has less than 1mm variance in the middle. When it rolls, it tip wont leave the table.
- black/white irish linen wrap
- bacote butt with minor things..barely feel them, can't see them unless tilting it to different angles in light
- joint says Bender Alaska (not the newer "bender durham")
- Will include nice brown faux alligator skin 1X2 case. Perfect condition except i broke the zipper pull thing.. . so u need to hold it with ur thumb and index finger to open

I personally like this cue more than any other cue in my collection, but just need the cash. I am keeping a more humble simple looking bluegrass for normal play..but just need this to pay my final tuition bill before graduating.

NEW PRICE!
$1150 US gets FedEx 2nd day shipping w/insurance to anywhere in the US. If you want to save another 20 bucks, you can send personal check and i will send upon clearing.

Paypal preferred. Check will wait till clear. I have made a few transactions here, and i have no problems with any buyers/sellers.

- minimal (wont affect your play one bit) rolls on the shafts. am tempted to even say no roll on the melamine ferrule shaft

In your second link to the larger images, it will not connect.
The "/prive/" should be corrected to "/priv/"
Here is the correct link for anyone interested in looking at the cue...

Very nice looking Bender and since I have one I do know they play exceptionally well.
Great price to go with the cue as well.

thanks for the URL correction

as for shaft diameter, I dun have a caliper..but best guess its about between 12.8 - 13..wontb e less than that.

Regards:)

I will vouch for this cue, it plays great. I bought it originally at DCC in '04 and the first time I played with it I won a mini tournament at Derby. I kept the cue as my player for a while until I went into one of my hiatus slumps. I have wished numerous times I had never parted with it. It really does play great and is balanced very well.

Good luck with the sale. If I didn't have a Gilbert being completed in the next couple of weeks I would make you an offer on it myself. Unfortunately, I only have so much disposable income.

Thanks for the voucher for the cue..i do love it..wish i didnt hve to sell it..but final month of school housing gotta pay.

Bump. I can take off a little if you send a check instead..again, I have completed a few deals here with a few guys both as seller and buyer..and have had no probs:)

i am wanting to buy it and not worried about the deal, but the shafts concern me.how much are they off?

I will update you tomrorwo with the rolls.will let it "breath" in the boston air for a day..its been in hk for 7 yrs..first day back in north american soil!

Bump for a really nice cue. I've played with this cue.

Updated the Info

rolled the shafts - Ivory shaft rolls near perfect...wouldnt consider it to have any rolls..less than 1/10th of 1 MILLIMETER if anytihng

Linen based ferrule shaft, less than 1mm roll in the middle..tip stays on when butt is rolling.wont have problems with it..so minimal

btw, both are med mooris i beleive
