I am selling this cue for a local customer and I have the cue in my posesion. The cue is a Model 8 first catalog Palmer Original cue, I have talked with Chris Tate (The Palmer Collector ) http://www.palmercollector.com/Index.html.
The cue is completely in original condition which is really nice, it comes with two original shafts and an Original Palmer case which was made later in the 1970's. According to Chris the cue was made between the 1966 and 1968 time frame the cue and shafts are straight together and apart. The foil inside the window is in perfect condition, however, there are some small cracks in the plastic window, if the buyer would like it replaced tate has some he may sell.
The cue weighs the following:
Butt - Weight 16.1 oz
Shaft 1 - Weight 4.0 oz Diameter 11.18 mm at the wood below the ferrule.
Shaft 2 - Weight 3.6 oz Diameter 12.35 mm at the wood below the ferrule.
The Shafts on this cue have the ferrules that will screw off a metal tenon for replacement in case a tip was lost during play. This way you could reach in your case and pull out another ferrule with a new tip and screw it on and continue to play. The ferrules that come with this cue are original from the Palmer factory.
Cue sold pending payment thanks for all the interest.

This cue and case combination are for sale for SOLD shipped, I am not interested in any trades.
Thanks Craig
