I start my eBay auctions on Sundays,so I thought I'd offer this beauty to only the AZ community for a few days. Here's an excellent 1992 or 93 (serial number 1488) TAD Kohara maple plain jane players pool cue. This cue has less than a year's play since it was refinished in Tad's shop in 2011. Tad refinished, rewrapped, installed a new bumper, installed ivory ferrules and new tips in 2011. One shaft has received play since then.

The butt is 29 inches and weighs 14.8 ounces
The played shaft has a LePro tip, is 29 inches, 11.8mm and weighs 3 3/8 ounces
The unplayed (since the refinish) shaft is also 29 inches, 12.4mm and 3 3/4 ounces.

TAD's standard joint protectors are included. The cue is straight together and apart with both shafts.

I'm really not much of a cue trader as I don't know the value of that many types of cues. I like Tads, Ginas, Martins, Szams (both Gus and Barry) and Bushkas, other than that, I'm like a fish out of water.

Thanks again

Kevin

Damn.... I have always had my eye out for one of these supercool classic TADS. Unfortunately no spare funds right now... :frown:

Good luck with you sale K Brew!!!

I thought he had 3/8 x 12 ? He undoubtly uses other pins. Thanks for the info.

All his piloted joints have always been (as far as I know) the same. The pin Tad uses for his flat faced joints is a bit unique.

Thanks
