I'm listing this for a friend. Sounds like a good deal to me.

Mini-Q-Lathe by Joe Porper. The lathe is listed in the Meuller catalog on page 117 at $1995.00. This lathe is for sale at $1000.00. Sorry, I don't have a pic, but the lathe and all it's accessories can b seen in the catalog. A sturdy stand, like new is available to the buyer. This lathe comes with it's storage/transportation box, 2 built in drawers, and all the attachments. It has been well cared for, lightly used, is in excellant condition and works perfectly. Looks like new to me. :) This guys work area and home is spotless clean, with everything neatly arragned, and speaks of the care he gives his equipment. Lathe is 50" long x 14.5" wide x 10" high. Weight 90 lbs. Replaces tips, ferrules, tenons, wraps, and cleans shafts. 120 v or 220 v, 1/3 hp variable speed motor. Will hold full length house Qs.

If u are interested or have questions, call Vern at 610-593-6301. Tell him Charlie listed the lathe on AZ Billiards in return for his help.

SOLD PENDING PAYMENT. 9 pm EST 4/22/07 Special thanx to wjpjr for the pic.

Very close, but not quite. Vern's has 2 storage drawers instead of just 1 as in your pic. Plus the wording around the case does not match up with the pic I have here.

Thanx for the pic, it gives the readers a chance to c about what it looks like.

Thank you for your kind post, I'm glad u are pleased. Yes, Vern is a good and honest person. He spoke very highly of the dealing with u. Said u were great to deal with. Vern tried to offer me some sort of comission for the sale. I didn't allow him to finish. I graciously declined saying that I was just glad to help out. Nice to help someone without having greed as a motive. :)

I wish I had the need and the extra $ for a lathe like that. I would have made the purchase myself. I was not joking when I said it looked in new condition. Hope it serves u for many years to come.

Charlie
