Nope that is a old Sly one of his first the S is the logo he used when he started out ... He changed his logo to the LS to avoid any type of confussion with Searing ... I wish I had the cash to grab it right now as I love the hit that Sly's cues have and owning one of the first ones he built would be neat with his name gaining popularity among cue builders...

Originally he just used the "S" as seen here.
He changed it so that people wouldn't get taken advantage of like I did.
His original logo (which is on 100 or so of his first cues) was a dead ringer for Dennis Searing's Logo. Dennis helped him design a new logo and the "LS" logo is what they came up with.
This cue was sold new about 3-4 years ago for $350 with 1 shaft.
The joint work and second shaft was completed later.
Leon said in another thread if this cue were to be ordered today, as it is, it would be $480.

I have also had several Sly's and sold several they hold thier value nice , have not had one yet that did not play great and look good ... My player today is a very nice looking Sly .... I doubt I will use anything else.
