I've put up for auction a near perfect HOF2 / 95-12 (indistinguishable) on Ebay. They may have detractors but they sure are pretty. If I might add something interesting, in photo DSCF0975 in the birdseye maple there appears to be an image of one man garroting another from behind. Spooky!

i remember when i thought meuccis were some of the most beautiful cues on the market.

granted that was before my indoctorine into the wonderful world of custom cues. but yeah aside from the performance issues, most meuccis are very very nice to look at. the only thing i really dont like about them is how they laminate the wraps.

ioCross, thanks for responding. I agree with you about the lacquered wrap. That's the goofiest idea Meucci ever had. My shooting stick is Meucci "Airplane" which I had sent off to Scott Sherbine to refinsh and add an uncovered linen wrap. Now it's a wonderful player.

Rumor is, Bob started 'clearing' the wraps after the wrap groove was cut too deep.
So instead of scrapping the lot, hey cleared over the wrap to hide any imperfections.

i heard the same thing sore did... i also heard he tried to cover up the fact by saying it keeps it cleaner also...
