My pool nickname is "Doc". Doc, is a handle the is often used so I didn't even try when I came here to sign up. I chose one of my on-line game character's name.

Ronoh is Honor backwards. I always work my racks backwards after the break (if it's a game other than 9-ball). I play with Honor. Hence the name.

Where in the hell do you play in Monaca?

When I was registering and had to submit a handle I was sitting at the computer trying to be clever and my son came in and told me he needed some lunchmoney for school. Seemed to fit based on the amount I gambled while raising a family......

Lunchmoney

I play pool, They call me Biz around the pool rooms, and back in the day i use tp partake in a little herbal refreshment. ( I thought i played better, yeah right! )

Does anybody know who won the Midwest Fury stop at the Rack this weekend? I was sent packing Saturday evening with a 9th place finish. Of course they were paying out 8 spots!

Why did you choose your Screen Name, Handle, or AKA, or what does your Screen Name, Handle, or AKA mean? ;)

I started playing pool 5 years or so ago when I was 51 years old. I wanted to get up to speed as soon as possible and was impressed by the nick-names of other Canadian pool players like Alex "The Lion" or Alaine "The Dancing Bear" Martel and figured aloud (on RSB) that I needed a name to inspire fear and doubt into the minds of my opponents.

Of course, I had in mind something impressive like "The Tiger" (already taken) or "The Brahma Bull", "The Rushing Rhino" or even "The Mad Elephant"...

Some wag suggested "The Hamster" would be more appropriate and it stuck. Just why, I'm not sure because I'm kinda big for a hamster (must be one of those giant species), but I've used the nickname ever since...

Name

I am boring so I use my Real Name, plus it is easy to remember... :D

Mine is the name of one of the divisions I run for KBP. I figured it was appropriate. Remember though, too much personal information can lead to stalkers and people who maybe a threat. It is good to keep some things personal.

thank you

Thanks for the reply Dave. It has been very busy taking over a division and starting a new one. I appreciate your reply though.

I'm Henry and I'm a ho.

My old handle was hogman since my initials are HOG and alot of people call me hog, but one day AZB wouldn't let me log in with that one so i switched.

I got my handle a long time ago. I used to be into running, street races. One time I entered a race with a different format, no prizes for being first or second........ This race you had to predict your time, closest person would win. Well 3 days before this race I had broken broken 40 minutes in the 10k for the first time, a personal best. So I predicted a pretty ambitious time for this one, it was only 5 miles so I figured I would do even better. Well anyway I had the worst race of my life and finished 10 minutes after the time I predicted. If that wasn't bad enough, this particular race gave a prize for the person who was farthest off the time they had predicted. The prize was a huge polish sausage for the one they called "THE BIG DOG", guess who got the prize? I have a whole room full of trophys I won running, but this is the prize I am always reminded of. When I got into playing pool later on I had a problem with choking on the nine ball, my dad would tell me " you were the big dog then and you still are now!
Thats how I got my handle.

Well when I started playing 9-ball I used to always ride the 9. Good friend of mine would get frustrated and started calling me mudball ;p Oh and for the skaters in here...
