Forearm Warped!

Hi i have a cue which the forearm has a little wobble on it(only the forearm). The shafts are perfectly straight. I was wondering if it is possible to be corrected??

a lot of these warps are in the handle area. i have seen some cues repaired by replacing the handle section. in some cases they don't even need to be refinished, obviously just rewrapped. pm joe c here on the board, you might want to send him the cue to look at.
