Can't tell WTF. Please explain.
What I can see: CB hit rail before 1 or 6
What I cannot see: CB hits 1 or 6 first.
In both cases (a CB hits 1 first, b CB hits 6 first) 6 heads down table as video shows.
In both cases; 1 can go in corner pocket as video show.
Under the new rules where you need definite evidence of foul--call should go to Efren.

Ok thought that was the 9 but the 6 moved as a function of the kiss. FxF shows rail then the two balls yellow first. Explains why he was allowed to shoot again.

On YouTube, you can make the video single step a frame at a time. Pause the video around the important time. The > key steps forward one frame and the < key steps back one frame. I think looking at it one frame at a time makes it very, very clear that the 1 ball is hit before the 6 ball.
