Per your attached note, nwtflogan was going to pay today. Has that happened or is this thing going to drag on and on? These raffles gain a certain momentum and then fall apart, mostly as a result of some folks picking spots and not paying in a timely manner. Maybe payment should be required when folks pick their number.

Malm16 picked a number on another SW raffle and it's the same issue. We're getting down to the wire on that one and there a few folks holding up the show. Malm16 is one of them. Maybe 16 is his/her age?
