Well Ive spent the better part of a week transferring a lot of my vhs collection to dvd. I have a bunch of hard to find material such as Mike Sigel (Perfect 8ball,9ball straightpool), Deadstroke tape. I was thinking why not let someone else (whose a dinosaur) and still knows what a VHS is have this tape for free (CLASH OF THE TITANS CRANE vs BALSIS 1966 U.S.OPEN)Crane runs 150 and out in this one. all I would require is the postage to be paid on the tape. I will randomly pick someone out of the replies to this post. I have these others on VHS that I may give away as well

This is one of many reasons that AZ is absolutely the best set of pool forums around. Gotta love the family atmosphere. Great idea and awesome thing you're doing by passing it on. :grin-square:

Wow, that is very generous of you. I remember trying for months to get this video, and then finally got it on ebay! It's been years since I've seen it, but I recall it had a huge recommendation from people who know!

Newsherrifintwn, this is a very nice jester on your part, to allow someone to view the greatest 14.1 match ever recorded in tournament play! In 1966 I was just 7yrs. and didn't get the poolbug untill 1972, which I diligently watched all the 14.1 Championships every summer in Aug. on I believe ABC Wide World of Sports.

At that time it was all the pool you got to view for a whole year on Television, One "World Championship Match", I so looked forward to it each yr.

I did subscribe to "The Billiards News" a monthly newspaper when I was 13yrs.,and it did have a wealth of information in it, I kept up with all that I subscribe too, but moving around they are all lost now. I remember one issue that had like two full pages of "Billiard Terms", which would have been most intresting to post in our forum now.

I know someone will be very happy with the VHS tape.
