Can you get the same kind of english and draw using a phenolic?

I like hard tips because of the confidence they give me and the accuracy I feel... cause I have tried all kinds of softs and meds but I can't even control the strenght when I use those (much less the position where the cue ball is going to end)...

I got my tips yesterday as well.
That was fast!!!!
Of the three differnt tips, does anyone know which tip is the hardest or softest?
 
Received mine yesterday .. very fast shipping...looks great ... Juan told me that the layered ones were the harder ones... not sure witch one is the hardest...but I'll have to wait to try one out just had a Kamui hard put on couple weeks ago...still in the try out process on that one...i play with a extra hard WB... so now im just trying to find one as hard that holds chalk better

They all hard Tips, the single layer is the softest. all those tips are B/j...........Thanks
