FREE JB Case 2x4

Of course I am absolutely in favor of this. I'd have had it sent to our repair shop in North Carolina and it would have sat there for a while.

This is much better as long as the person getting it understands that it's not in perfect condition but the price is right!

Great idea!

I would ONLY like to ask humbly that whoever gets it should PAY IT FORWARD and donate it to someone else if they end up not using it someday.

I appreciate your support on this. The case is put back and I don't think anyone would notice anything as long as they don't try putting an Elephant wrapped Bluegrass in there butt down:D

Again Kudo's to you for your amazing customer service!

What a way to keep the love of the game alive and pass it down to the young people who have so many other choice for entertainment th3ese days! Get rid of the playstations, gameboys and the like, go out and buy your kid a cue! (Even if it is one of the newer inexpensive import cues like palmer or fury)Thats what I did, so me and my son play on the weekends and one night a wekk. Spend some quality time teaching and learning from each other. When most everything in the world seems to heading down drain, this is what continues to make me still believe there are still FINE people in the world.

I have reached my decision on the case.

It will be going to an 18 year old young man who has a great love of the game . There are no parents or family in the picture to help this young man survive and he splits his time between working to survive and pool. He was submitted by a friend from the pool hall who I believe to be honest and has taken the boy under his wing as much as possible.

I would like to thank everyone for their heartfelt submissions. I wish that I had a case to give each and everyone of you. The decision was very difficult and wish the best for all of you.

Did anyone take care of the young Marine? If not, let me know. I have several cases sitting around. Not perfect, but they don't bend in the middle.

There were a couple of other worthy folks as well . If anyone has an extra case they would like to donate I would be willing to pay the shipping to get them where they need to go.

If you are interested in donating a case I will send you a copy of the recipiants story so that you may decide for yourself.

Many of the folks showed genuine need . There was a fella that was young and very interested but was losing interest because the other kids were making fun of the pvc tube and rubber bands that he used to carry his cue. Ect.

Rubber bands is a custom case where i come from! :)

if your really special you would have the rubber O-Ring case!

Great gesture...
Can you put up a story of the next person who may have been considered?
I have an option or two to throw in.

I pming you about the case for my 12 yr old son, he is a incredable player, takes the game very serious, takes care of his cues, he has 2 a playing cue and a break cue. He gets good grades in school because if he doesnt hes not allowed to play pool. Im getting him involved in the billiard education foundation program he is excited about the chance of getting a scholership. I own a 10 table room in south florida, right now the economy is so bad, we have been really struggling for the last 6 months,my fiance just took a 2nd job just so we could cover the bills at home and try to keep the room open. He is very deserving of something nice, i want to pass on a cue that my father passed on to me when i was 10yrs old right before he passed away, and it would be nice to have a nice case to be part of the family history. if you have any questions pm me. hopefully the case will find a good home.I think its awesome that you are doing this. I open my room early 3 days a week just for younger kids to learn the game, I provide soda and pizza as well as free instruction and lessons, his name is Zackary
thank you
Robert

Hi, I would like to win this free JB case for my brother. He is 17 years old and loves to shoot pool, I take him to the pool hall with me whenever I have the chance. He has a pool cue, (my old one) that he carries around in a homemade pvc pipe case since he couldnt afford a nice case. The case that he uses now is so ugly people at the pool hall would poke fun at him all the time. He used to shoot pool atleast 2x a week, but I think his self esteem went down and he hasnt been shooting pool since. His game is totally off, and I'm pretty sure its because of him getting teased for using a cheap pvc pool case. If you could give the pool case to my brother I know it would mean alot to him and myself, that way we can play together more often without having to worry about anything :)

His name is:
Darius.....
Thank lenoxmjs
Really appreciate it

Rep to u my friend . Thank you for the assist. AZ is blessed with some wonderful people. Sometimes it doesn't seem so with all the negative threads but people here for the most part are good, honest and generous.
