For people who didn’t get to see it, Kaci was breaking hill-hill, and this was his layout after the break.

I can’t believe he didn’t get out from there. He tried to bring the cue ball up table for the three, but I think he hit it fat and basically played a stop shot.

He banked the 3 in, went down table, pocketed the 8 by accident, and landed behind the 7.

From there he tried to jump at the 5, missed, and came in 2nd.

It is great this final was on shot clock. Otherwise it might be Klenty wouldn't let the win go with the scenario the match was going on but that was a great practice to be prepared for the Mosconi cup. Of course that was just great come back and performance from SVB and I'm glad he won, he definitely deserved it all.

4 Americans in the last 16-SVB made it to the finals -might have had to beat 2 Americans to get there. He met Kaci in final- alt break- was down 0--5, caught Kaci @7 and won in hill hill match.

In the mosconi cup, this match would've been a shutout against Shane...Instead, he wins.

That's why race to 5 is a joke for Mosconi cup.

That's like one of the most laughable parts in PHJs when Joe says, race to 5K for 100K... no one on earth is going to play a race to 5 for 100K unless they're planning on playing 20 races winner takes all...

MC is a made-4-tv exhibition. I totally agree that races-to-five 9b is a joke. IMO people attach way too much importance to the outcome of Barry Hearn's little party. Look, its no secret that Europe currently has a larger crop of top-tier players. The outcome in recent years hasn't been too surprising. I'd love a US win for a number of reasons but i'm not holdin' my breath.
