New Ed Prewitt Fullsplice cue, 4 points of rich dark purpleheart with 4 veneers (blk, light blu, ocean blu, wht) into extremely rare highly figured curly birdseye maple heartwood maple. Ivory flat-face joint. Ivory Hoppe ring. Double inlays--paua inside of an ebony spear in each point. Premium maple shafts 12.95mm (3.96, 4.01 oz.) with ivory ferrules and Moori tips. Paua dot fancy ring set at joint. Select elephant wrap. Weighs 19.19/ 19.24 oz. with 19" balance point. $3,450.00. No trades. With Prewitt joint protector set as shown. Thanks Jimmy and guys. Ed's construction is leading edge, sound and precise. That is why I included the photo of the cue without the wrap. Both the forearm and back end are cored on the fullsplice blank. This increases the likelihood of no movement in the long haul. Ed's newer cues are easily among the best players available today, IMO. Each cue is a handcrafted treasure. I feel fortunate to be his longest term dealer.

Thanks Ty, curly birdseye heartwood is very rare and dense. It is, of course cored with high quality hard maple. You have a great eye Ty! Ed is making the best cues there are these days.
