No, it has a double splice underwrap handle. To be a fullsplice cue it would have to have points or butterflies where the front is connected to the spliced point wood below wehre the points end. I can tell you that if this cue is in your weight spec it will likely be the finest player your hands have seen. Incomparable quality.

Thanks James. I feel the same way about mine. Ed's work is vastly under-rated,IMO.
