Shaft 2 is unused and has two defects straight from Carolina:
1. The shaft collar is shorter than shaft 1.
2. The finish has lightly cracked from being too-thin(which happened on a few Carolina shafts a little while back, but I believe Carolina will refinish this for free?)

Thanks for the comments Dean. Carolina cues definitely play great. They are also a great value. I would keep it, but I really prefer full-splice w/veneers cues with an ivory half-joint. This cue hits great, but just doesn't match my personal preferences as well as I need.
