This is the same cue as the McDermott 2006 Cue of the Year (M69A). The only difference is that it does not have the inlays. Other than that, I believe it's the same cue. Although I do not know for sure, it was probably the baseline for the 2006 Cue of the Year. It looks exactly the same. Jayme at McDermott would know for sure. It is a simple yet refined look. This is a smokin deal for such a beautiful cue. It might be a McDermott, but it is built with old school quality and design. So let's get this cue sold. Please see the attached pictures. Although the pictures look good, they do not fully capture the beauty of this cue. Thanks for looking.

Dick Lane,Paul Gursey, and Bob Vanover used to play Mc Dermott

looks like a great player

Great Player

Thanks Dean. I have never shot with it but yes, it does look like a great player. A lot of folks feel McDermott is a typical mass production cue company. Although that might be true in today's world, back in the day that was not the case and Jim made some high quality cues for sure. Just look at the B,C and D series. This is certainly one of those quality cues. You can tell it's old school by the simple yet eligant design. 4 Points, Bushka Style Ringwork, Color Combination, etc. Even the wrap looks old school. Thanks for the looking and the comments. I hope your doing well.

Jerry Franklin once asked me what I thought of mc dermott

I told him I thought they were really worth the money
He agreed ,said they were well made

I have had a lot of cues over the years. McDermotts always seem to be flawless and dead straight. You can't ask for more than that.

I'm guessing you have completed the sale of this cue. If the sale does not go through, I am extremely interested in this cue.

Thanks, John
