FS: Bluegrass Wrapless Ebony

$000? Is that a typo or is this sold? If it is actually $000, I'll take it and gladly pay shipping and Paypal fees on it!

Ok...this is now becoming a mess and a waste of my time. I hope Jason does the right thing and clears this up for all that bought this cue. I paid on Sunday afternoon, was told that the cue would go out the next day and he would provide tracking. 2 days later, no tracking, so I pm that I would file a claim with paypal and today I received a PM from Jason saying he will refund my paypal because his account was "limited" due to receiving multiple payments for this same cue?

I understand the situation and received a PM from another AZ that in my boat but I wish he had communicated earlier and let me know.

I asked when to expect the refund and am waiting for his respond now. Updated...response received and just waiting for paypal to clear up now.

I'm hesitant to ship a big item right away because of the ability for a buyer to withdraw the sale.

I think its perfectly acceptable to wait until the money is in the bank before you ship an expensive item.

It's not as easy as it seem to simply call your credit card company and have them bounce the transaction back to paypal. You'll get the fund back right a way from your card company but it's a mess to deal with on paypal ends as I've gone through it before.

It's always been a good habit to file a claim first and then call the credit card company. Only problem is you won't be able to use your account during the resolution period when you do this.

The point is, the cue was sold and confirmed to me as sold with a promise to have tracking. 3 days later, I have no tracking and a promise of a refund. I'm always weary on a deal when someone tell me that they will ship and you never hear from them in a few days.

As I said, I am giving Jason the benefit of the doubt for now because of this situation but so far his communication of this issue have been lacking. Updated..received a respond from Jason...just waiting for paypal to be cleared.

I could have had this cue weeks ago, but the buyer "appeared" to be fairly shady. I steered clear and I am glad I did. It's just not worth the hassle. I hope you find some resolution Duc.

If you think you are in the clear just because the money is in your bank account, think again. I have had money taken back out of my bank account without any notification whatsoever. For a period of time, I was out the product I shipped AND the money.

Guys, I wouldn't jump the gun here as Jason replied to me. The reason I sent the money was that Jason itrader was very good. Maybe I didn't understand but I figure under a Limited account that he would have still been able to make the refund but this doesn't seem to be the case. From what I understand, multiple Azer sent him payment for the Richard Harris and this triggered his account status to limited. Anyway, Jason working on clearing this mess so I'm going to wait and see.

Regards,
Duc.

Like you, I traded multiple PMs with the seller of this cue and got such an uneasy feeling that I stayed clear of the cue and seller, and am very glad that I did. I never deal with folks that are new to AZ with less than 20 positive iTrader feedbacks as a seller.

Duc, I can't even fathom the situation you're in. I will provide as much help as I can to take this person down and bring him to justice if he doesn't follow through.

I'm an infrequent seller and hope buyers/sellers find me reliable. IMHO, iTrader is a great indicator and I wish I had a higher percentage, but I don't think there should be any hard/fast rules like "x" amount of positive iTraders. There's been a new wave of ~20+ iTrader rated Sellers that became scammers. You just never know an online person's intention(s).

I never buy cues from people who don't answer PMs. Pektusboy wouldn't respond to questions as simple as when the cue was made and where he was located. People who conceal information like that aren't worth dealing with.

This guy is a lowlife because he accepted multiple payments for a single cue. Paypal makes it easy to turn down money, you just don't accept the payment. Pektusboy didn't do this and took people's money that he shouldn't have. Everyone who sent him money for this cue needs to leave him negative iTrader so this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

"People who conceal information like that aren't worth dealing with. " I couldn't agree more.

I did received a reply from Jason saying his account was limited and ask me what he can do.

I called paypal and they said he can call them in Manila and have them process the refund and/or close this claim.

I see that he has already logged on but havn't yet replied. If he doesn't reply and their no action from paypal than I'm may just call my CC and initiate the charge back.

From what I understand, it doesn't really matter at this point since I submitted the claim about 3 days so there no chance that he would have been able to withdraw funds from his account.

Paypal assured me that I'm covered both way right now so I should just let them deal with this mess.

Also, am very curious who ended up with this Richard Harris. Who else made a payment for this Richard Harris?

Icem3n is the only other buyer I know that is waiting to also get a refund.

Jason pm me if you read this and let me know.

Why does pektusboy still have 100% positive iTrader? The system doesn't work if people don't give frauds the proper feedback. The people who have been defrauded by pektusboy and haven't left negative iTrader for him are making it possible for him to screw other people down the line.

Well case is now closed on my paypal and the money have been returned ....talk about a waste of time and money ($50.00 lost from currency exchange alone)..wish I didn't get sucker into this deal but it happens. I can understand there are some language barrie issues but still it's my last interaction with this seller mainly due to how he handled this situation.
