The case is slightly used(less than 3 weeks and only be taken out for about 5 times).

Hey Smokey,look at the listing.He listed this case back in October too.He didn't sell it back then either.I told him,"I'll take it" on Thursday.And he hasn't gotten back to me either.I don't know........... zero iTrader,no response to "I'll take it"
Is this seller for real? Oh well,we will see soon.Have a great weekend guys.

I wish I knew.I sent a PM early Thursday morning,saying I would pay immediately.I left my email address and the seller (digg) could have PM'd me here as well.Now he says that he tried to contact me and that "maybe it didn't go out" I left digg 2 methods of contact,email or PM.It is very poor selling ettiquette to gloss over the first "I'll take it" and then commit to the next in line.I informed him(the seller "digg") of this and he still posted that Smokey will get it.
WTF.Doesn't an earlier(24 hours) time stamp on the PM mean anything? All this is very disappointing.It shows a lack of ethics and good character.
