Specifications...

  • 13 mm shaft with layered pigskin tip (medium).
  • Juma ferrule.
  • Medium stiff taper (+.042" at shaft midpoint).
  • Aegis 2 joint collars and butt cap.
  • Maple & black veneer 12 slot ring pack at A, B, C and D positions.
  • Stainless steel 3/8-10 joint pin (modern).
  • Compound taper on the butt (slightly thicker near the top of the grip).
  • Birdseye maple front (cored).
  • Four extra long camphor burl points with black and white veneer.
  • Fine black leather wrap (smooth texture).
  • Camphor burl back (cored).
  • Shaft weight 3.7 ounces.
  • Butt weight 15.5 ounces.
  • Total weight 19.2 ounces (may be lowered only).
  • Balance point is at 19" from butt.

Mr. Mordt's cues hit great, I mean GREAT. The balance is always forward, and perfect. His cues are worth every penny!

Without a doubt one of the best hitting cues I've ever hit with.I picked up a
plain Cocobolo one on a cue-deal and never been a fan of maple shafts
until I hit with one of Brian's.Solid as a rock with very little deflection.
