FS: Coker - Four Point - Four Veneer - Two Old Growth Shafts - Snakewood??

coker

I have seen this cue before. The forearm is Monkey Pod (sounds made up, but google it, it's real!). Great looking cue! Good luck with the sale!

Monkey Pod...

Monkey Pod...I wouldn't have believed it. Every time I even think of the name Monkey Pod...I start laughing.

Thanks guys...I'm not sure if this is going to help the sale or not...(just kidding).

beautiful cue, I own a Coker, the hit is great, specially with a old grown shaft

Very nice cue....

If those were 11.75mm shafts I would be all over it. 13mm is just too meaty for my hands.

Coker Cue

Thanks for all the positive comments. I looked up Monkey Pod and none of the pictures are similar to the grain in the foremarm. I would almost agree with Leapord Wood (see the grain pattern in pics 2 & 3).

I've had several PM's regarding trades...it would have to be something pretty special for me to do a trade.

I think (I know...seller's opinion...look out!) this cue is worth well over $600. It's a Coker...it has TWO old growth shafts...it's in impeccable condition (minus one small bubble in the finish of the buttsleeve - $50 max refinish on that section)...

I've sold several production cues and several Custom cues here on AZ...I think I've priced most things right about where I bought them and more often than not, for less. Unless you've hit with a Coker with old growth shafts, you might not realize how great this cue plays. I have it priced to include a refinish of the butt section. If the cue didn't have the "small" blemish, I wouldn't accept anything less than $600...it's definitely worth every penny of that...because that's how well it plays (IMHO)!
