Distance is a bummer but at least you wouldn't have to carry it up or down stairs
Table is still available, lets lower the price and do it for $3,250.
Easy, that is a beautiful table.....if I had the money, and I wish I did, answering these questions might help your sale....
1. How old is the table?
2. Did you buy it new?
3. 1 or 3 piece slate?
4. How old is the felt/rails?

I bought the table used, I do not know how old the table is but it looks just like a new one. The table has 3 piece slate so you could put it in almost any room. The rails are in great shape and play very consistant. The cloth was installed when I bought the table in October '08.
