Its Lizard Skin Wrap, i change it because the old one was stink and dirty, and in Indonesia there`s none good linen wrap.

The wood does not look like ebony and the wrap does not appear to be original. You may want to provide a few more details.

I'd have to agree on the wood.. Definitely does not appear to be ebony? Unless the pics are WAY off in color.
 
My southwest

My southwest is ebony and it looks brown. SW ebony is not jet black in most cases. I would say it is ebony.
 
Two type of ebony SW alway used.
Gaboon and Macassar.

This looks like macassar ebony to me.
 
gaboon is jet black
masc ebony is lighter....:thumbup: i have one i could have swore it was coco but its masc ebony ....
 
Regardless...looks to me like he has a real fair price on it considering todays market value and what they cost new from SW when your # comes up I doubt this one lasts too long but stranger things have happened on here IMO
 
There are 2 kinds of ebony, gaboon and macassar. Gaboon is typically jet black whereas macassar is almost brownish.

This cue appears to be macassar ebony.

I have 1 like it, and both the woods look very similar.

Thats my cpu definately. Made the acrylic my self. Mother board on the top and Hard disk, power supply, andother stuffs on the bottom. :wink:
