FS: First Quality Joe Porper 1" Ferrules

Never knew there were more than one quality level of Porper ferrules.

Wonder if the ones I have are of First Quality.
How can I tell?
 
First quality means they weren't rejects or seconds.

Understood ... I just never knew that rejects or seconds were being sold.

I thought all Porper ferrules were of first quality.

Do the people the sell the rejects or seconds tell you what they are before they sell them?

Is this something we need to watch out for?
