I've owned that cue. Really is a great playing cue and I had Alton make the JPs. As an FYI, Vollmer's 5/16-14 is a different thread design than the standard 5/16-14. Good luck with your sale.
 
I accepted a trade deal on this cue, that didn't end up working out...so I'm putting a cash price on this one...prefer a cash sale...but I'll look at trades for cues from some of the "big boys"! :)
 
For those of you who haven't shot with a Vollmer...you're sorely missing out! I've taken a Vollmer shaft and I play that on any of the 5/16x14 cues I own...I swear they hit a TON...almost as good as the Vollmer butt/shaft combination!!!

I've been playing a Vollmer shaft on a Runde butt lately...if you know anything about "harmonics" of a cue's hit...let me tell you something...there's no vibration whatsoever (at least any that I can feel) while playing this combination...the same thing happens playing just the Vollmer!!! :)
